Having successfully raised 2 beautifully gifted daughters, managed various retail stores, navigated through the fickle corporate world, cared for my aging mother; its now time to focus on what I love most, and that is helping others.

While raising my daughters, I learned very quickly that the closest to natural you can get, the better.

I learned on my mission trips to Mexico, Guatemala, Haiti, Bolivia, and Nicaragua that Moms everywhere want to love and do what's best for their children and they need just a bit of help in doing that.

I learned in caring for my mother that everyone needs a gentle touch and to know you care.

I want to help you in your health journey with Lymphatic Drainage, help you relax with Swedish and Pre-Natal Massage techniques. I want to help Moms with uncomfortable/fussy babies learn how they can naturally help their baby relax and calm down.
